| Impact Report | 4-H Banquet 5 4-H youth served as keynote speakers, emcees, pledge leaders and presenters at the annual County 4-H Banquet, increasing their public speaking skills and giving leadership to the overall program. Members received plaques and medals in recognition of their achievements and increase in life skills related to mastery, belonging, generosity and independence throughout the 2006-2007 program year. 96 members, leaders and guests attended the event. The growth and development of the participating 4-H members is evident through their abilities to complete a record book, set and obtain goals and the leadership skills they exhibit as they set up the facilities and decorations and conduct the program of the day in a professional manner. It is a privilege to see their development from year to year. |
