| Impact Report | Showmanship Workshop 13 4-H members attended a countywide Showmanship Workshop. Youth received hands on training related to showmanship techniques and appropriate attire. 3 older 4-H members assisted completing leadership training and field experience. Based on observation 76% of youth reported an increase in knowledge related to showmanship techniques. 70% of youth reported an increase in mastery skills such as planning and organizing and self-motivation. |
