| Impact Report | Record books are a mandatory completion requirement in Harding county for 4-H members. It teaches members how to become "business like" and goes a long way in teaching the beginning fundamentals of accounting. Agent held record book workshop for new members and explained how to do the forms on the computer and how to organize the book. Only 2 kids showed up for the workshop, but they will enjoy the 4-H program next year because they are not afraid now to put their book together. They increased their understanding of record books, and what purpose they serve by at least 100%. They new very little about record books before the training. |
