Impact Report County 4-H Home Economist worked with County Leadership Team to plan and organize Leaders Forum Workshop- Tic Tac Toe 4-H in a Row. 5 Members of the Bernalillo County Leadership Team selected and researched 5 different game styles to help 4-H members learn curriculum. Agent and youth presented workshop to approximately 25 adults at Leaders Forum. Each youth presented a game to the audience and then conducted the game with the audience. During this process adults learned when, how, and why games are used to help youth learn. They also learned rules to follow when implementing games. Audience left with samples of games and activities they could use in their own clubs or counties.
