Impact Report In April a Children's Health Fair was held by a local agency. The Home Economist set up a booth on Nutrtition and was available to talk to other agencies and the public about Nutrition and Health and other Extension programs. As a result of this fair through handouts and conversation about 50 clients were reached. In May the Home Economist set up another booth at the Maternal and Child Health Fair. At least 100 clientele took information and engaged in conversation about Nutrition and Health. In May Home Economist also held two workshops at McCurdy Elementary School. The workshops were each held twice and covered Food Safety and Physical Activity. In all about 35 students participated and learned at least the basics of both areas. Home Economist has visited the ISD office in Espanola and has kept display full of brocures and publications on a monthly basis. During the summer months the Home Economist worked with the County Summer Recreation program and presented on MyPyramid at 5 sites reaching 80 participants and about 10 volunteers. In September the Home Economist offered a workshop "Fun With Food" at 3 Just Be It Field Trips. In all 350 students participated in this workshop and the Field Trip.
