| Impact Report | In order to ensure compliance with Civil Rights policy the Home Economist maintains civil rights files and posts a non-discrimination statement on all educational publications, news releases, monthly newsletters, and announcements. The Home Economist works closely with office staff to ensure that efforts are being made to meet civil rights requirements. The Home Economist is working with the county program assistant to involve more non-traditional participants in county programs. Due to the high number of Spanish speaking citizens in Eddy County, the Home Economist tries to offer more bilingual resources. |
